When you have an exciting event coming up such as a date or job interview, do you ever find yourself standing in front of the mirror practicing what you'll say or your facial expressions? I admit that I've caught myself doing this before; sometimes I get so nervous that I feel like I have to rehearse a scenario before taking on the event. What about you guys? Thanks for commenting.

I also do this. Id just like to see Ill look like while presenting something to the public. It builds self confidence. I always spend a lot of time in the mirror before going out of the house. Its just that we always want to look good.

I never thought of that before, but now I know that from you and I feel it's a good idea, I will do that next time when I have to meet someone or speak in public

Hi Jshean, I might have did some sort of scenario like that, but I
don't remember when and why I did it...But it certainly sound like
somethng I would do...
I hope it works for you...But do you think you made the same
faces you practiced in the mirror,,,Being that you were nervous
already you probably didn't even remember what you practiced....LOL
