India holding the driving seat of the first test vs News Zealand. India bowled out New Zealand for 159 in their first innings and enforced follow-on. New Zealand are 41/1 at the end of 3rd day. Only 38 overs were played today due to rain and bad weather. Ojha took 3 and Ashwin took 6 wickets in first innings. Ojha took the 1 wicket of 2nd innings. SO now India had the upper hand and NZ need 238 more to avoid innings defeat. So what do you think, will India win this test by an innings??

India is the team who dominates in the game but who knows the weather will cheat us or not. Lets lend our hard prayers for our team India. Cheer India !

Now It depends on the weather. If the game goes on without rain for next two days then surely India will win. There is very little chance for the New Zealand Players to come back as they have to make 238 runs to avoid innings defeat and not only that but also there will be more advantage for the Indian spinners as the game progresses into the last two days. So,I am hoping that India will win by an innings.

yeah, surely weather is an important factor. As you mentioned the pitch will favor spinners in the lat two days. Indian spinners did well in first innings, so the chance for India to bowl out NZ are more. I think India can do it in 1 day of play.

I think if the Indians were just competing against the NZ batsmen, then they should win this hands on. But it seems that we are also fighting against the weather. And rains could probably be an ally that New Zealand need to save this match. But if the weather gods relent and Indians get to bowl for a decent amount of time, I would think India would win this match. Cheers! Ram

Cricket is a unpredictable game. Anything can happen at any time. Even a small climate change can effect the game. So really it is a game of luck. India had really played a great innings in the first match. The had put up an great total and they had put up a huge pressure on them, which had led them to follow. If India have some quick wickets on the day. Then surely the game will be with us. Good luck INDIA

4th day play started with a delay and New Zealand are now 73/1, it seems New Zealand are fighting back, there is a chance India can win by innings or chase a total under 100 .... Let's see how the Indian bowlers bowl today and New Zealand batsman adjust .....
