Hi guys I feel money is the dirtiest thing because so many people touch money. God knows where where it has gone and come to you. Some people beg and are so dirty and they go buy something, then you go to the same shop and you get the same same the beggar had given the shopkeeper. Some kids put the coins in the mouth, I feel is it so dirty and one must not allow kids to put money in the mouth. Have you ever thought of this? How many of you agree that money is the dirtiest thing? Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

Of course, it is dirty but I guess not the only thing that we considered the dirtiest but among the dirtiest. Yes many people with clean or dirty hands touch bills and coins. Everyone knows how dirty money is.

I do agree...many people go to the bathroom before paying a bill and I know alot of people who aren't very diligent at washing their hands aftewards....then there are other ways it get dirty...like on day I got some bills with glitter on them...needless to say they had been in a not so nice place...

Hey there, i believe that too money goes anywhere and that we can only speculate where it has been i think that if we try to test money we will find different microbes that are dangers to peoples health if ingested so better be careful not to give kids money so that they don't put it on there mouths and get sick that goes for adults too to wash there hands before eating after touching money.

yeah of course, it is carrying so much of germs. It is good to wash hands before eating and when you are in contact with the coins and bills. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

They do say money is the dirtiest thing. I remember working in retail and fast food. I would constantly be washing my hands. You dont know where that has been before, or who have touched it. I remember a friend fishing $20.00 out of a porta potty then washing it (to me $20.00 isnt worth it especially fishing it out and cleaning it). But then she used it and whoeverelse touched it.

I agree. I never let my kids put it in their mouth and I always wash my hands after I touch cash or coins, or at least as soon as I can afterward. You never know where it's been and who's touched in and what kind of germs it has picked up along the way. Luckily, for the most part, I always use plastic, but sometimes cash is necessary. =)

Hi Ryauro, I agree with you from point of hygiene that money is with some dirty thing .We should wash our hands after shopping and before eating food. Don't touch the eyes, nose, ears and even the skin after we touch the cash or the coin. The cash and coind carry much dirt thing that we can't see by our eyes. We should pay high attention to the kids under age of 6-7 and don't let them to touch the money and take good care of them. And tell them why we avoid to put the coin in the mouth. And teach them to wash hand after their playing and before eating food.

For your kind information, money is the biggest source of infection for spread of any contagious disease. Thus, it is the sweetest as well as the dirtiest thing in the world. So be careful about it.

hello riyauro, I concur. I think about some of the people who hide there money in there socks, bras and even under there pants. I think money should be inside a jar, box or a wallet. That's where they belong.

You are absolutely right. Hygienically money is certainly the dirtiest thing in the world.I don't know how many persons have touched and kept in their pockets the coins and currency notes that I now have in my pocket. And there is no means to know how many of them were beggars or patients or even common men.Now they are with me and I need to wash my hands properly every time I touch them.Otherwise I may fall victim to some disease. The irony is that we can't avoid earning and touching money.

Yes, in this aspect money is dirty to touch because it used by many hands, but from another aspect it is good to buy us what we want if not why there are so many people strive for it?

Hello friends,Yes money is a medium of contamination as some of them carries bacteria, bugs which can cause some illness like throat infection, urinary infection and other serious infectious disease.Money is exchanged through a number of persons some of whom are sick and in unhygienic condition. We should never allow children to keep it in their mouth as they are more susceptible to infections. Thanks & regards....
