One of my best friends called me this morning, telling me a bad news for him. He was invited to attend his friends wedding party, whose bride was his ex-girlfriend.He was so sad but had no way to deal with the affair.
He told me his story. About two years ago, his girlfirend came to the big city where he worked and made his living. It was not easy for girl without a good educational background to find a suitable job. At the same time, my firend income could not afford two people's life well in such a big city, for all the living things are expensive, especially those for girls. So he had no idea on what to do.One day, one of his firends came to see him,and told him that he might help them out, because his father run a big company in their city and needed some people. She could go there and receive a high income. At first, my friend thought it was not very good, because in his mind, his girlfriend was pretty, though she was not the most beautiful. But at last he agreed because of the pressure from economy.
So she went to work in his friend's company. It was nothing until my friend noticed his girlfriend always returned from work very late. Therefore, one day,he followed her secretly as soon as she left home for work. To his great surprise, he found her kissing with his friend in his car.
As a result, their relationship broke up as my friend could not stand it.
My friend is still sad at the news, so he didn't know what to do when he received such an invition.

Wow!! Really now. His Ex friend is marrying his ex girlfriend, and they sent him an invitation, and expect him to come? I would consider this just a little strange myself and really wonder what the scoop is on this. I really hope your friend will choose not to go and let by gones be by gones and move on. With people like this, who really needs Friends?

This is an interesting short story. So the girl has the audacity to still inflict more pain into this man's heart by this unnecessary invitation. I think that the best thing this gentleman would have done was to turn down the invitation rather than subjecting himself to such heights o f ridicule.

That is so terrible of your friend's ex. It's bad enough that she cheated on him, now she wants to rub it in his face or something? I mean, I don't think you should go all out sending invites to your wedding those people whom you hurt in a very nasty way possible, not when these people have been specially nice and kind. Maybe your friend should just ditch the idea of attending? I mean, I may not know the whole story but that isn't really fair for your friend.
