Boobie Soreness

I'm almost afraid to type anything here because I know a lot of you are going to tell me I need to get it checked out. I'm still waiting and checking it myself before I go to the doctor's though and I drink green tea as well to help.
I have fibrocystic boobs. Now this being said, recently whenever I take off my bra if it brushes against one nipple it just kind of.. ket's just say it hurts, and I have to grab it and it feels better after that. It's my nipple only but runs up, and sometimes feels like wires running through my boob.
It's started happening less and less painful now.
That's the first time it hurt like that. There has been times it's hurt (the cyst itself) so bad that I've had to massage it to get it to go away.
I keep making sure that it's still "floating" and not attached to anything because if it does that it could become or could be cancerous.
As it is now it's benign.
Does anyone else have fibrocystic breasts? I know it's very very common.

Mine get sore right before my time. I hate it. I can feel it when I walk. I asked the doctor about it when I went for my yearly once and he said that if I reduced my caffeine that it would help. I think it was cystic something he said. Yeh right...reduce my caffeine?

He may have said Fibrocystic as that is what mine are, and I was told the same thing. You don't have to reduce your caffeine just try to reduce it around the time that you are mensing, and maybe drink more water. I believe if it hurts so much you can put a bra on and it can help (odd but true) or just massage it, lay on the side that hurts...
Yes, mine will sometimes hurt around or on my menses and that's what the doctor told me years ago.

I never heard of fibrocystic breats before! If you know you have cyst and you have know about it since the preteen years,it probaly has gottan bigger. I also hope it keeps floating until you can find a place to go to! I am lucky I have an insurnace and I can get a mammogram done every year! So far I have had no problems.
