Process of backlinking!!

I am still confused how can i add backlinks to my site or any article which is written by me.please if any one can explain it in easy way in which i can understand it better

hi aliqasim,
yes this is also a big task for me also, i too wish add back links to my blog and with that i wish to have more traffic to my blog,but how to add these i do not know,both of us are riding on same boat, we have to know about these back links,so we will wait for some responses with fruitful information about back links,have a nice day.
