Johan Cruyff ever comments when Mourinho say that he is not special one, but The only one..
many people of course divided two part, there are people agree with Jose Mourinho admission and one side disagree with Jose Mourinho.
one of the famous people which disagree with Jose Mourinho is John Cruyff, the legend of ajax..
he said that he never know if Jose Mourinho is special when he becomes a player so he disagree the statement of Jose Mourinho
Johan Cruyff attacks too Mourinho about the player of Real Madrid..he said that Real Madrid did not believe their player from Real Madrid academy..the best philosophy is making the player and not buy new player..
But Mourinho is Mourinho..he always respond and react if somebody else attack him..
He then reply with the squad of John Cruyf in Dream team Barca in beginning of 1990..
Will I have many youngster player like Barcelona? ask Mourinho to one of media channel..More youngster in my team is better..But i want to answer his (John Cruyff) question..does he forgot that he win with the player like Ronald Koeman, Stoickhov, Romario and Michael Laudrup.are they player of Barcelona academY?? ask Mourinho..
the tension between real madrid and barcelona always hotter and hotter...and involve any parts of every side of both of team..
What do you think about this "war"? does it influence the tension between both of the team??

First of all, Mourinho was right when saying he is the only one who has won the title in four different leagues. There is nothing to be challenged upon this. He won the title in Portugal, Italy, England and Spain. This is a fact. The way how he stated this was not elegant, but this is Mourinho.
About Cruyff, he tries to attack Real, because there is a huge rivalry between the two teams, but I think that every team can make their team with the resources they have. This is club football, so every team can buy and sell the players they think they should.
And to answer your question, yes, this war does have an impact on the two teams performance, because it creates a fuss around them.

yes, until now he is the first coach can make it..but it doesn`t mean he have chance for insult another coach..
we can see how frustrated when Mourinho once again get the negative result for his team in La Liga while his rival wins agains..what a poor for Mourinho

Has he said anything negative after the defeat with Getafe? I haven't read anything about this. But I have seen he has congratulated the Getafe coach, so I think he accepted the defeat. Of course, there is a lot of "theater" in the way Mourinho behaves, and I don't like him for that, but he needs to be there for his team and attract all the negative energy and let the players concentrate on football.

There is no doubt that Mourinho is a successful manager. But whether he should be called a Special one or the only one is just for bragging rights. There is no doubting that he is the only manager to have won Champions League with 3 clubs. He is the only manager to have won League Title in 4 different countries. So he does have a lot of achievements. But he also has never been known to have built a team from academy. He has bought players with money for the owners and has delivered titles, so from that sense that is something he has never achieved which say some one like Alex Ferguson or Arsene Wenger can claim to!! So I do agree with Cryuff on that point.

It is just another war of words. Every clubs would love it if their teams compromises many of the youth players who has gone on to conquer the world. However, in reality, it is not always the case. Barcelona is lucky in that they have a golden crop of players who have made it both for clubs and country. But they must not forget an important point, and with due respect to the other clubs, Barcelona is the ONLY club in the Catalan region. So basically, all young players inspire to join the club. As the net is cast wide, the catch will definitely be higher.

Hahaha, Mourinho would always be Mourinho. (Who else does he gonna be?) 
Nice respond from Mourinho to say how Cruyff built his dream team with Koeman, Stoichkov and all other foreign players.
Not that I say Mou is 100% correct, or I defend him.
But I think, in some points, he's right.
And even Sir Alex ever said that the one who will be his successor in Man Utd is Mou. And I don't have any objection with that
