Nobody's perfect, but it seems that it's a statement I tend to be too harsh on myself on.
I was thinking of putting Unworthiness as the title for this discussion but I thought that I do not want to see a negative connotation when I scroll down my myLot homepage and see this under Discussions I've Started. It makes a big difference to see Worth than see Unworthiness in there.
I came across this email from Numerologist.com today with the subject, "Try this 3-minute quiz and uncover what's sabotaging your abundance". I decided to click on it because this issue has been bugging me big time. I've often wondered why I am not succeeding as much as I want to. To hell with timing, I won't blame timing on this one. I just feel that maybe I still don't understand the saying, "You don't strike the iron while it is still hot, but you make the iron hot by striking."
I took the quiz and wasn't really surprised about the result. But one result which didn't come as a surprise but was heart-crushing nonetheless was the confirmation in there that said I am intensely affected by fear of unworthiness. Ouch. Why did it hurt? Because it is something I know yet have not fully accepted. If you haven't fully accepted something, you won't be able to make steps to changing yourself for the better.
I am not banking all of my confidence in the quiz results - it just that it has made me realize again what I need to work on myself and what I am neglecting.
I would like to share the quiz with you so you can also discuss here what is blocking your abundance and how you are making efforts about it. Here it is: http://www.projecttapping.com/online/assessment-test (not a referral link!)

For me, I know that the thing that is sabotaging my ability to improve in my life is fear. Fear has been something that has been a driving force in my life for many, many years.
For example, I have my two wonderful children and my biggest fear for them is that they will not have the ability to grow up with both of their parents. This is something that has made me sacrifice myself many times.
Having the fear that I have in my life is not a positive thing, but it is also not something that I am able to put behind me.
