Was expected "water bomb" in my city (Genoa, Italy), for this Sunday. For all of us, of course assuming not find us unprepared to avoid serious trouble, it seemed a liberation from the clutches of the summer heat.
Want to know what was the result?
Ok, I'll tell you. Forecast completely wrong! Today, Sunday, Aug. 26, in the afternoon from 16 to 18 hours I was at the beach with my mother.
How is it that with the modern meteorological forecasting systems, the data emerging from these "machines" have a match everything else that right?
Well, of water, it is seen not a single drop. This wrong prediction has created a great alarmism in my city. This also remembering November 4, 2011, when a flood in my city, caused six victims! It was a tragedy that all of us have a duty not to let it happen again!

Yes,weather forecasts can sometimes be far from perfect.I remembered how I looked on many sites for a weather forecast to plan a picnic. As we saw that the next day was sunny, with a high temperature,we got ready and went for it.Little would we know that a thunderstorm would strike us.
It all started with a big black cloud seen by a friend of mine.Hearing the news,we rushed to leave that place. Then, out of nowhere,a gush of wind knocked all of us down,in a mist of dust.We couldn't get any bearings. When the wind subsided,we all got up,only to hear trees falling. We got running, under a hailstorm that bruised us from head to toe.Fortunately, there were no casualties.
So,yes.Weather forecasts aren't something you should fully rely.

Well, I see that from your own experience, you can not always give you the confidence to weather. Above all I live in Genoa, a hilly town, but right on the sea. So as you can easily deduce, the weather changes very quickly and sometimes the forecasts are everything else than exact.
