Good Day mylotters, Yesterday I saw a cat near our house I do not have any idea for the owner of this... so I consider it a street cat, I so pity for this cat yesterday it looks like he is very hungry, this not the first time I saw him almost everyday I see him outside my house.. Yesterday I have some leftovers in the kitchen, I gave this to him since that day he always follow me and he waits in the morning for me to open the door so he can get in our house. Do you experience this? If this happens to you will you keep this poor cat even though you have no idea who's the owner, or not? Thank you! Happy mylotting! ^^

More than likely it must be a stray cat with no owner. I've done it lots of times, and I'm guessing the cat by your house does not have a home if he is hungry. Please make sure there is no onion or chocolate in anything you give them even as gravy or powder, it is poisonous to cats. That is why they should only have cat food as a rule ( unless you cooked it from scratch and know all the ingredients), cause you never know if a food has some poison in it for them even if you're almost certain it doesn't. That is so sweet he wants in the house, that is what they do. They do make sweet companions and will be a blessing to you if you treat them right. I had a few of my cats save my life in fact. One time she came downstairs when an intruder was upstairs as if to "warn" me. I'm sure when the intruder heard me talking to her he fled and went out of the house! You just never know how much these cats appreciate you helping them and feeding them. Please make sure you can take care of them if they get sick as well.

I don't keep them, i just feed them only and if they live in my house then i still feed them. Currently a mother cat that i care used to be a street cat, i just feed her and now she stays in my house, gave a birth and i care all of them also.

I never let street cats into house because mostly are very dirty. When we have leftover we will put in plastic bowl or broken plate and bring outside house where street dogs and cats will come to eat if they are hungry.

Please make sure the food you give them as leftovers isn't made with onions, even gravies and powdered onion, they can die on that kind of food. Sometimes you might not even realize its in the food.

hello, If I am in that situation I would love to keep the cat specially it follows me all the time and would always wait for me to open my doors. Since I was a child i Really love cats and dogs. As of this moment we have 3 cats in our house. The mother cat and her two babies, I mean big babies hehe they are now grown ups and I love to play with them. Our cats and dogs doesn't fight isn't it cute? Well poor cat if you leave your home, no one would take acre of her or him.

This happened to us - this cat just sat on the sidewalk in front of our house and meowed whenever we walked by. We ended up keeping her.

I love cats.Since my childhood,i have raised almost 12 cats.Ofcourse, all of them were gone when they grew big. But,i really had some good time with them. One of the cats, among all the 12,looked just like a dolphin. It was the most innocent of all.One was too cunning,it used to keep holes to the milk packet and drink most of it,before we all even woke up.We wondered where was all the milk.It happened like 2-3 days, and finally i caught him,..lol,..what a cunning cat,..!

I too have adopted cats for a few times. Once I picked a kitten from a garbage pile along the road and the second time was from a roadside along the city. The last one which I have now just came by our door two months ago, pregnant and about to litter.

Oh, you are really a kind-hearted man. I don't like little pets, and when I see the street cats or dogs, I just feel pity for them, but I have never give food to them.

When you find a cat who is on the street it is very hard not to pity it and take it in. Honestly I don't think I could resist and I'm not really a big fan of animals.

I love cat and dogs eversince but since I have my own family I can't have them both. I only keep dog for now since he can be also a guard into my house.I can't have a cat either because my dog don't like them, he always chases cat whenever they are in my fences.

I would rather give street cats food but I won't take them home. I already have lots of cats and I don't think I could handle another mess anymore.

Why not? It's a sweet cat who's clinging on to you. I think it wants you to be his/her rightful owner. Usually, i think, animals cling more to people who give them food and regard them as their owner. It's better to adopt the cat and keep him healthy than let it astray poorly. Give your cat a name soon!

well, i don't really like street cats, they sometimes mangle around for no reason in front of my house. My parents always hushed them to go away, sometimes i give them some food, but sometimes new cats will come and wait for food also. This is what made stressed :D but i think i won't keep it because it is a free cat, and i want it to live it's natural way , i will give it some food and then tell it to go away, just that haha

Yes, that's 100% good. Helping any type of animal (friendly animals) is a good way to help our environment to develop more love and consideration to each animals. Make sure that you can manage to protect and give food to cats. You are a good man.
