HI friends whats up 
hopes that you all are fine because i am on online after a month and really happy to see my old friends their and as we know that from some days LIBERTY RESERVE is down because they are doing some maintenance work because mostly accounts got locked without any reason so they make maintenance and now LR is up
and that is really great news .I really miss LR is this period. because Lr is most favorite payment process for me .because it is really easy to use very low fees and very safe.And now they make very new and great change that is credit card funding means we can now add funds to Lr with the help of credit card and now i think LR is ready to make great competition with paypal and payza .

Yes I to know that the Liberty Reserve is off line for maintenance and update the Site for better service. The site was off from 22 nd to 24th August,2012. Now I too wish to register in Liberty Reserve really it is good competitor for Pyaza site only not to Paypal.Paypal is having more clients than the Pyaza site and Paypal is ahead of Liberty Serve in the market,have a nice day.

Thanks for the response. I do not know that the LR have extended the maintenance period for more days. Till now I have registered in LR site,what are the terms of LR with Indian people?Regarding competition,if LR rules are liberal then there is competition if the rules are strict there is no competition at all. Thanks for the response, so the problem start with Liberty Reserve. If it does not allow us to transfer our funds from Liberty Reserve to our local bank Account(India).What is the use of having an account with Liberty Reserve, or they convert Alertpay dollars to Paypal dollars?If they allow like that we can easily transfer all our Alertpay Dollars in to Paypal dollars and transfer them from Liberty Reserve to Paypal and then to our Local bank account,have a nice day.

yes friend first LR is gone to maintenance from 22 to 24 august but after that the maintenance period increase for some more days and now today site is back again is i am very happy .And yes friend now it gives more competition to paypal and payza because of its option that is funding through LR.

LR is useful for sending small payment but as we can't withdraw from it I use it as a last option.

yeah,it is great news for me because one site i joined use Lr as payment processor,till now,i haven't signed up.i heard aoubt it that it is very easy to use,and fees are very low and very safe.and very easy to exchange.now after i hear your good news,i can't wait to sign up.wish it becomes better after maintenance.

yes friend you hear right it is very great payment process and yes it is really easy to use and yes its fees is also very low and it is also very safe and yes we can not withdraw money from it so it is very good to exchange .yes friend i suggest to sign up as soon as possible and if you need any help feel free to contact me .

yes sumtimes they do take a break for site maintenance n certain issues wid d public or govt. so its a common problm wid many of d sites.
we need to be patient. i know sumtyms in emergency we ought to hav a very bad need bt dats avoidless so bettr have patience. even nw just see hw they hav come out wid such a useful difference dat u missd it so much n nw ur loving it.

yes friend some times it is down to make some changes and now it is down to correct account of those who got locked without and reason and it comes back with a great change that is credit card funding and that is really a great step by site because now it become more popular .

Hi friend liberty reserve is a payment processor like Paypal and it is open for all countries and yes friend it is like Paypal but little bit different the main reason is that we can not withdraw our money from Lr we can only use to buy any thing we also send payment to any one from Lr .it is easy to use and i love to use it hopes that you also love to use it my friend .

I love LR too, almost one year I always Using LR as my payment processor, and it's easy to use LR, hope LR will be better after maintenance :)

I love Lr too friend and yes it is very easy and fast payment process .In all over the world their is lot of supporters of LR and all are very happy that LR is come back .and yes friend after maintenance they make a great change that credit card funding .with this way now it make competition with paypal and payza .

I have heard that they had some problems by accidentally closing some accounts and their support was really bad. If you were talking to Live Support they were sending you to another department, which also took you to another one and you ended up sending a mail to a "emergency department" and you would get a response after a whole lot of days. And there were rumours that Liberty Reserve became scam.
I am so proud to hear that they are back, as their maintenance took a little bit more than expected...

yes friend many people having account balance more than 1K$ is locked without giving any reasons and then site goes on maintenance to re correct these problems and add one more good step that is credit card funding .their support is too busy at that time and then many people contact him so that is the reason they do not give any proper answer but know all problems are solved and Lr is running fast .

I think that's impossible. LR not exist in 1 tier country. They are in 3 tier country. There is problem with financial rule in 1 tier country for LR to have head office in 1 tier country. I think that's serious problem like e-gold long time ago. Financial Law for payment processor online is very strict in 1 tier country like US.
