Does cheese bother your lactose intolerance?

My daughter is two and is lactose sensitive. She cannot have any cows milk or she is constipated and crying in pain until it passes sometimes hours or even a day after drinking milk. She does have string cheese and it doesn't affect her as much unless she eats a load! Does this happen to anyone else ? Does this mean she may not be lactose intolerant Or are there different levels or intolerance? She can have yogurt at limits as well.

It neenver happened to me. But it happened to my brother when he was little, only when he was little. I don't understand either. Doctor sad that my brother allergic to milk cow. But now he's fine. I'm not sure what happened. You better ask a doctor, and ask whether goat milk is better to drink for your daughter.

I read some articles and it's stated that goat milk is less alergenic, naturally homogenized, easier to digest, rarely cause lactose intolerance, and it matches to our body better that cow's milk. However, I still suggest you consult to a doctor if you wish to feed a child under 3 years old with goat's milk.
