This should be simple, but can someone tell me how to add a profile picture!

Hi guys, I m just new here and to be honest i didn't bother uploading a profile picture at the start because I was not sure if I would hang around! A few days on and I have found that I am actually enjoying myself and have been pleasantly surprised by how quickly my earnings have increased from the little activity that I have had on myLot. So I have decided to take the plunge and upload a profile picture - the only problem is that I cant work out how to do it. I feel a little silly asking because I am not completely useless when it comes to technology. But anyway, here I am humbling myself and asking for help......
