What do you usually talk about the baby who was just born?

My nephew came to the world just a few days ago,making all of us really happy.Therefore, we send our best wishes to her.Meanwhile,we talk a lot about her.It is kind of interesting for me to find something that people say most about my nephew.They always argue who my nephew looks like.Some say she is like her mother,while others don't agree.They say she looks like her father.
I don't know what would the people in your area talk about the newly-born baby.Share your fun.

I usually talk about who the baby looks like when they are newborn. Just like recently I had a baby and it was the first thing I thought of, does she look like me? Does she look like my husband? And normally I think from what I have seen, people like to talk about how cute they are and they have daddy/mommy's eye/ear/lips...etc.

When my niece and nephews was born I only asked my sisters if they have also birthmarks because all of us in the family has a birthmarks in different parts of the body. After I confirmed we usually talk about the facial features, color and size of the legs so that I know if he/she can able to fit my first new shoe present for them.
