Its normal and its due to our busy modern lifestyle. one should work hard in our life and live active life with no help of servants and machines then there is no need of sleeping pills.

This should work! - This teddy bear should work! It looks like it is big enough.
Well some people go through weird sleep patterns and sometimes cannot sleep. If it only happens when your in bed alone then maybe you should consult a doctor. Or maybe you can get a life size teddy bear to sleep with!:)

well, if you're used to having someone there to sleep with..then sure. I'd rather not sleep alone

Perhaps you are just stuck to the idea of having someone beside you when you go to sleep... it's all in the mind

Insomnia is characterized by an inability to sleep and/or to be incapable of remaining asleep for a reasonable period. Insomniacs typically complain of being unable to close their eyes or "rest their mind" for more than a few minutes at a time. Both organic and nonorganic insomnia constitute a sleep disorder[1][2]. It is often caused by fear, stress, anxiety, medications, herbs or caffeine. An overactive mind or physical pain may also be causes. Finding the underlying cause of insomnia is usually necessary to cure it.

I think someone should help you with this. What ever you do... DO NOT SLEEP ALONE. Seriously, if you need someone to put you to bed and make sure you fall asleep hmmm we'll work something out. Have you seen that mobile commercial where this cute girl is sleeping and a snore is heard, she turns around saying "babyyy you 're snoriiiiing" and we see a mobile phone... turned on... Well I hope I helped. If not give me a buzz and we'll see...

Yeah I have really bad insomnia so I use sleeping pills. If I run out, I try reading a book.
