20$2Surf Rented Referral's Validy...

I've installed the 20$2Surf cashbar for some time now. Recently I played the BingoSurf and won a 20$Pass. Which I utilized by applying for a rented referral. A week hence, today, I got a referral. Now I wonder that for how long will this referral stay as rented under me or is it that it will stay forever. I tried to find out, but didn't get anything meaningful. If you know, then please respond.

I joined this site more than 2 years already. I am paid one time but since then until now I have 10 pending payments not yet paid. I don't know what happen to their site. I tried sending email to the admin, they reply me within an hour and promise to pay me asap but more than a month already I didn't receive payment.

If they haven't paid you, why did you continue? 2 years, whoa!!! I've seen lot of complaints regarding their non-payment.
