I got a pair of cockatoos since past 6 years, so far the female bird has laid around 30 eggs, but none of them were hatched, the bird sits on eggs for twenty days and after that it neglects the eggs. Now it has laid 3 eggs, I need some advise from the Bird Lovers to successfully hatch these three eggs. Thanks in advance.

I am not a bird lover nor I know anything about bird. I just know that a cockatoos can lay eggs that many and that often.
I think you need to consult a pet to get successfully with your mission.
