What is this thing called LUCID DREAM ? =D

This morning I took a nap - I use to take a nap for an hour at morning.
Then I woke up , I went to the dining room to get some ice cream when my young sister (YS) stopped me and she said to me :
YS : Don't you know that you are not supposed to eat anything since your upper front tooth has just been extracted accidentally?
ME : WHAT??!! Geezz... I'm sure my teeth are all right. I'm even wearing dental braces . And I've just woke up from my nap. LOL
(*I was laughing so hard but then I stopped laughing when I saw my sister was seriously talking to me )
YS : Please check by yourself if the tooth could be removed easily from the bone.
(*me - trying to check the tooth she mentioned about)
ME : OMG !
(*me - was shocking when I saw the tooth fully blood in my hand. FYI : I really felt the pain when I was taking my tooth out from the bone)
(YS - she was grinning looking at me)
Somehow I felt it was so weird. I was so sure that I was okay and nothing happened with my teeth. Did I accidentally hit my face or fall from my sleep so that's why my tooth was broken?
ME : I still don't believe this - wait - I'm not sure is this a dream?
(*me - still trying to link it with my head - was there something I miss?)
ME : hey, let's me touch your hand - I wanna check if this is real.
(*me touching her hand - it was so warm!)
ME : OMG. This is not happening - Am I in my lucid dream?
(*me - I tried to remember the article that I have ever read before about how to check if it's dream or real. And suddenly I remember one thing : check the WATCH! See the watch - if it was 3 O'clock , then when you check again after 5 minutes it would be 3.05 O'clock IT MUST BE REAL. But when after 5 minutes it would be 9 O'clock then it must be DREAM!)
Then I saw the watch - and it was 5 pm , I tried to close my eyes and open it in a second - guess what? The watch was shown 6.30 pm! LOL
I run to the living room and see the Clock - guess what? The clock was shown 9 pm!
(*me - My God.. I AM IN LUCID DREAM . What should I do? Please wake me up !! LOL)
YS : Hey, is it your lucid dream ? (*I laughed so hard why she could realized that she wasn't real too ? lol)
ME : Yeah - you are my young sister in my lucid dream.
YS : Oh it's okay - it's cool. (She was grinning - made me laughed again)
And suddenly I was woke up by the noisy sound of my dad talking to my mom.
And I ran to them - and check the clock ... THE CLOCK WORKED PROPERLY AND MY TEETH ARE ALL RITE IN THE BRACES !LOL
Geezz.. It was bit terrifying to be aware and conscious in my own dream =D

Wow, it would be like the Inception Movie. You get to control yourself in the dream.
I've never had a dream such a Lucid dream. I wonder what's it gonna be if I had one 
Nice tips for looking at the clock, Juliyan.
I will make sure to check the clock if I wonder whether it's a dream or reality. And maybe Leo di Caprio should do the same

Yes! Exactly!
I was really aware and could control everything like in real life - I even felt the pain! LOL
Yup - I read the articles after watching Inception Movie over a year ago actually , but now I have known how it felt like in the movie = Dreaming in a dream - waking up in a dream! =D
btw, di Caprio doesn't have to look at the clock in the movie. He has "Totem" (the spinning top), rite? :D

Oh, you're dream is scary. You lost your front tooth. It's good that it's only a lucid dream. Losing tooth in reality is very shameful to us. We have to go to the dentist to get fake tooth. LOL. Sigh. I'm glad it's just a dream. Happy mylotting.

Lol.. yeah, I supposed to go to dentist in my lucid dream!
The scariest thing is it was like the real one - I could even feel the pain and I did totally awake . I awoke in my dream - grrr... lol!

Hi,
I think lucid dreaming means the dreams which can be controlled by us and we can be stopped and We can start again when there is some disturbance. I always surprises by these lucid dreams. Your dream is also very funny. We feel that we are really doing that but we are in dreams. I am always get confused by these dreams and try to find out the meaning of these dreams.

Good thing it's only a dream, lose the front tooth will be very embarassing. Lucid dreaming is awareness of the fact that you are dreaming. This awareness can range from very faint recognition of the fact to something as momentous as a broadening of awareness beyond what has ever been experienced even in waking life. Lucid dreams usually occur while a person is in the middle of a regular dream and suddenly realizes that he or she is dreaming. Oh it's nice that you're really in lucid dreaming :D I just experienced it once, and it's pretty cool :D

I have some lucid dreams from the past. Dreams wherein we are aware that we are that we are actually dreaming. In this sense we have more control of our dreams. In our country losing tooth especially the front ones are not good. This means losing a relative. But this is a superstitious belief, and most of the time is not true.
