what should i eat?

We seem to be confused on what to eat everyday to stay healthy. Some says eat lots of fruits and vegetables or try to eat whole grains, avoid fatty foods, and choose low carb diet. With all these suggestions what do you think is the best food to eat for a healthy diet?

A healthy balanced diet is a combination of little carbohydrate, a serving of protein and fruits and vegetable. You can eat mostly anything but with moderation, of course.

Naturaly fruits is best for the body, some people just eat banana and called it ordinary but its not. Its better to stay balanced and not just eat anyhow.

Have a balanced meal every time- a good portion of carbs, protein and fruits and vegetables.

Hi Abby you should eat the food with proteins and don't eat heavily and it would be better if you maintain same timings everyday and if you eat fruits some time in a week you will be more healthy, remember you shouldn't eat heavily.
