Wrong Tone Of
Voice
Haha..is bit funny but it sound true for the quote above that most of the conflicts is due to the wrong tone using when we are in some discussion and it also cause of the wrong level of tone using in discussion. The wrong of tone using in any discussion is very important to made other person agree what you are saying. So if you realize about the quote above, so next time you in the discussion..important or not, must be remember for the percentage other people agree with you, you must using the right tone for discussion.
Are you the one also paying very important attention when in discussion with somebody, just like according the quote above and the advantage or disadvantage you got when in discussion you are the one following the quote above, you can share it on here?

Yes even i feel the same. Most of the time our voice gets so annoying for others that they feel we are a bit arrogant and rude and hence this reaps conflicts. We have to be polite in our conversation in order to avoid such things to happen with us. But that does not mean conflicts does not happen even when we are innocent and even when we have a polite voice. What say?
