What a day **sigh**

Started with the cops and ended with the cops. Two seperate and completely different incidents. All I want now is to have a hot bath and relax but I just know that that isn't going to happen. When I do make it home, I have to go to the neighbours and see what the fallout was from the situation this morning and if I can expect the cops to want to talk to me. Then I have to call my landlord (who I don't have the best of relationships with) to come and get the rent. She's probably been trying to get ahold of me all day but I left my phone at home with my son. I wasn't expecting to be gone all day but it's just been getting better and better. I'd almost made it home. I was at the busstop waiting for the bus when I happened to look up the street and see the cops outside the cornerstore talking to two young ladies. I immediatly knew what that was about so I quickly headed back to the inlaws to let them know that the cops were talking to the girls my sisterinlaw had a run in with and that they'd probably be looking for her. Sure enough just a couple minutes later we got a text that the cops were talking to my sisterinlaw. So of course, my motherinlaw goes to the rescue. The mood she's been in since the last bruhaha that could have gone so bad. But thankfully, as soon as she got on the scene the police turned my sisterinlaw over to her and made her promise to keep her and her friend at home for the night. Again, what a day.

I'm sorry you had such a crazy and hectic day. I hate days that the police are involved with. It is always bad! We have been calling the police a lot lately for stolen items and such. Still not good. When we need them on our side their not even when they should be. When their on the other side of things, that is really not good! It is a no win situation with the police involved in things... I hope tomorrow is a much better for you.

I do not envy your day but rather feel bad for it. Anything involving the cops, no fun. Hopefully tomorrow will be a lot better, and your landlord won't be such a pain in the rear end.

wow imsilver oh dear I sure do not envy your day what a mess. theres an old saying you can pick your friends but sadly at times you are stuck with your relatives lol, I am glad your mother-in-law kept her cool and not made things worse. So the cops tried to cool it and that helped too.Hope your next day is filled with peace and tranquility now after all that and that your landlady does not give you any guff.
