Eating snacks?

I would find myself,every now and again,wanting to eat some snacks.It doesn't matter if I ate my food 10 minutes ago,If I want a snack,there's nothing to do about it.My favorite snacks to eat are hazelnuts.I love them!I could eat a bag of them.Sometimes I even got sick because of them,but I couldn't help myself,they are so good! Do you eat snacks?How often do you eat them?What kinds of snacks you like?

I usually find myself craving for food and snacks during Winters. Winter is the time when our hunger grows more. As now almost cold is gone here and it has started heating up in a worst way. It is not even end of February and the temperature here is above 34'C. This is horrible, i don't feel hungry now because i keep drinking so much water in the entire day that i have lost my appetite in fact this is good as i am not going to gain weight.

I eat snack a lot, but in moderation ofcourse. I have my snack whenever I feel I'm hungry, it's to satisfy my starvation. Usually I want fruits as snack, especially apples, grapes and pineapples. Nuts too are good snack, like hazelnuts that you like a lot. When I was younger, I used to want junk foods. Now that I'm fully aware that it's not healthy for me and it adds up to my weight, I only it junk foods occassionally.

Well, I have been accustomed to not eating snacks. usually,I just take coffee for breakfast and coffee during snacks time. I eat a full meal during lunch time and eat dinner well.No snacks in between. I think it is just a matter of adjustments since most people really cannot survive to without having snacks.

We all know eating snacks and junk items is not good for our health, but some persons are addicted with it and eating junk items frequently which gives unwanted health problems. We must try our maximum to avoid junk foods to keep our health in a good manner. There is nothing wrong in eating snacks once in a while, but too much of junk items will give unwanted side effects like obesity, stomach problems, ulcers and so on. I am not interested in taking this kind of junk items which is not good for our health, but i have kids and they like the junk items, i will purchase chips and other junk foods for them once in a week and take it with them, as my kids force me to take the chips with them, so i will eat junk foods once in a while. I strictly avoid taking it frequently as well as advice my kids to avoid eating them a lot. We must avoid the fast food in the same manner, it is also not good for our health. If you have junk food or fast food addiction, try your maximum to come out from it. Don't reduce it instantly, just reduce your habit gradually and finally stop eating snacks frequently, it will help you to avoid a lot of unwanted health problems. Always take a good diet and give importance and extra attention to your food items to keep your health in a good manner.

Yes I like to eat snack very much,I think snack is not a good relative with whether you are hungry or not,when I was quite full I will still eat a lot snacks if it was my favourite one. As for me,my favourite snacks is the egg tart.

I usually like to eat some sort of fruit or veggie as a snack. But I try not to snack unless I know I had not had much earlier in the day or know my next meal is too far away. Munching can be dangerous like you mentioned you can eat too much during the day and end up being sick because your body can not kee up with your intake.

Beware, friend! Snacks can become an adiction (and by what you say, you are close to it) and it can take you to many health problems, such as overweight and obesity. Overeating, specially snaks, are synthoms of anxiety. Check closer what has you stressed and work that out. I don`t eat snacks, but the first month after I quit smoking, I ate lots of hard candy. In fact, I always had to have candy in my mouth. I put on 10 kilos and have tried for years to slim down with no avail.

I do eat snacks every once in a while and the usual food that I eat are cookies or pastries. Seldom do I eat chips coz I don't want my kids to get used to eating them. My snack of choice may not be as healthy as it should be, but I think chips are way worse with the salt and MSG incorporated with it.
