more and more healthy lifestyle -- any tips?

a while ago i posted about my kickboxing which is going great! always sore and tired but its a good pain. i started july 31 and as of aug 31 i went for 14, 1-hour classes. not too shabby. so my bday was sept 1st and i got a really nice blender from my mom and she gave me a huge bag of milled flax from costco. also a chapters gift card so i could buy a smoothie recipe book i wanted to try all of them in. this is my step 2 i guess adding a little more nutritional health. i like my omega 3 supplements i have taken every night for years would you add any omega3 additives to your foods or smoothies? and do you have any recommendations for supplements something everyone should take or something for healthy weight loss. all tips welcome and appreciated, i think ill do one of these like an update blog next month. (i also take multivitamin centrum)

First of all! Belated birthday wishes monk! Healthy life style not only comes from the food habit. It also rely on small small things like drinking lots of water (at least 4 liters a day) good sleeping habits etc,.

thanks! ive been drinking SO much water and dont buy pop anymore just have it occasionally with a dinner (sugar free) but i most definitely have poor sleeping habits i try to get them on track with meds but still dont sleep much. sadly a bit less night time internet might help that..
