can we take honey in summers ?

hey, i just love honey. my mom used to give me some honey in winters . can we take it in summers ? any specific method ?

hey gagan,
honey is for all season, there is no perticular season for this, besides if you are fat then you can use equal quantity of honey and warm water and drink it on empty stomach, besides if you can have it sas it is or you can have it in milk, it is really beneficiant for health so never hesitate to have honey.
