Hi there Fellow Mylotters, It is indeed hard to walk when your other foot is injured. Hence, a person cannot really walk properly if the other foot is not well. Its like, you cannot do certain things if you are not complete. And that is I am experiencing now. As I got a sprained foot this day while going home. And it really brings me pain while walking. As a result, I cannot walk properly. And whenever I move my leg, I can really feel the pain and its really hurting. And I find it hard to walk properly.

You need to limit the movement of your foot, elevate it to avoid further inflammation. And during the first 24 hrs, put a cold compress on the affected area, for 30 mins then remove it. you may repeat that after 3 hours...do it several times in a day. then take a pain reliever to alleviate the pain. After 24 hrs, you can now put warm compress on the area. same procedure, for 30 mins only then repeat procedure as needed.:D

hi there vanessa11, as much as i want to do that, i can't do it myself. i need someone to help me but, nobody can do it. perhaps, i will just drink a pain reliever and go to my bestfriend's house to seek help from her to apply the cold & hot compress. i appreciate your thoughts.

Oh that's bad, yeah good idea going on your bestfriend's house, but in your case, why not call him/her instead to come in to your house? So that you won't feel much pain. Get well soon sheila =D

well, as much as i want to invite my bestfriend here in my place, but i can't. as there are some misunderstanding going on with me and my brother. and since we are just living under one roof, so i can't just do invite friends here. and it is really makes me sad.

Aww thats awful that you are in so much pain. I sprained my wrist when I was young and it hurt so bad I thought for sure I had broke it. It has got to be even harder to sprain your ankle or leg because we need to walk and it needs time to heal. Try to stay off your feet as mych as possible. Maybe you could buy a crutch to use so you dont have to put weight on your leg.

hi there shaggin, your concern is appreciated. i have an umbrella here which serves as a piece of walking stick. and perhaps, i will use that thing for now.
