Do you used have hot and cold showers aleternating as you bathe?

No I don't. There's no need for that. I live in a tropical country, and its really quite seldom that one needs to use cold water.

on my face, yes, but on my whole body? i cant imagine anyone doing it. it will give the body so much shock, from cold water to hot water then back again. i dont think the body can stand a torture like that. and according to studies, sudden change in temperature can bring disastrous result to the human body.
