My daughter has a bad diaper rash we have tried everything.?

my daughter is 2 and has a really bad diaper rash that spreads up her body, i have tried everything i can think of. the dr. gave her several different creams that are not working and today the dr. put her on oral nystatin. i feel so helpless because her little butt hurts so bad and nothing helps her. any ideas please

Put her Cornstarch and try to let her without the diaper . By the way, it's time to potty trainning at 2 ! She will be better without the diapers ! It's one week you have to dedicate to teach her to go to the bathroom.
