We have so many law breakers that are teenagers. Some are involved in drugs , some are in heinous crimes and Some in frauds . So sad but this is happening , Lotters tell me whom to be blamed , are the parents alone ? the society ? or the government ?

I think its the Government... If they would be strict, like making law for teenagers to be sued if they commit crimes. It would be not just under the care of departments, they should be taught under the government's rule. That's only my opinion...

PARENTS!!!! If they had raised hem right they would know right from wrong. If my sons got into trouble i felt very responsible for that & felt like i had failed. How would the goverment have anything to do w/your child getting into trouble??

they say discipline starts in the family, hence i think the parents are the one most responsible for the behavior of their children.

Yes the crime rate among the youngsters has increased manifold and it has become terrible to see youngsters getting arrested for such crimes. I mean this bad culture has ruined the youth community completely. Before blaming anyone, it would be better to create awareness among the youth about these crimes and its possible consequences. Their mindset have to be molded and changed in order to stop these crimes. What say?

you can't blame a single person or a group of people. its how environment is around us. if they are well informed, well educated, someone teaches them what is right and what is wrong, they won't do anything wrong. they should be properly guided by family, parents, teachers, people around us. be frank with them. tell them all the odds etc.
