We Have a New Secretary

After the death of our beloved DILG Secretary, Jesse M. Robredo, our President finally decided to appoint a new secretary. He was no other than Mr. Palengke himself, Mar Roxas. I know that Secretary Mar Roxas is also a dedicated man and has no negative record during his stay in public service. The president is expecting too much from him to be as effective as the late Robredo. Well, hopefully, everything turns out well during his stay at the office. Good luck Secretary!

In my office, a secretary is always a beatiful woman. I also find similar secretaries in other offices. I don't know why women are chosen to become secretaries.

It is a good thing that the late Secretary's office has been filled; now the country can move on and try to regain a sense of normacy. I join you in wishing the new Secretary good luck in his new office. May the wisdom of Solomon be upon him.

We'll as far as I've known him through the news, public views and media. He is a very dedicated man. He work hard to serve the people. He do things according to what he believe is right. So I guess he will be a good DILG secretary in replace for the late Sec Robredo. I believe Mr. Mar Roxas has a dignity to preserve so I believe he will not make any move that would destroy his credibility.

I think we should give him a chance. It would seem unfair if we kept on comparing him with the former secretary as he is a different person with a different personality. we can't expect him to do it the robredo way but by his own style. He is an intelligent man thus he knows that he can't avoid being compared against his predecessor so, i believe he will do his best to prove that the president had not been amiss in getting him.

After all the negative comment of the some group that he will use his power for the next election to win, Sen. Mar for me still the best choice and the right man for that Department. Let us give Sen, Mar a chance to prove it! Congrats Sec. and may God always guide you.

well the president sure knows how Mar will lead the office. i think Pnoy trully trust Mar in everything he do. good luck to Sec. Mar Roxas and to the administration.

I hope he can deliver it as well. I know many are saying that there is no one to compare with Robredo, but I guess we should start moving on and pray that someone might be able to follow in his foot and can infect more people to be more of service to others.

Hi, Mar Roxas has a good record if not exemplary as DOTC chief. I have almost forgotten the man until now. Maybe, he would be able to muster something as DILG chief, being one of the most controversial department in the country.

Yes. I have heard of that news. Congratulations to our dear Mar Roxas. A good Politician. A person to be admired really. I hope that Mar would be able to stand up as the secretary.
