I met my dad in a dream....

Hello, thanks for your interesting topic that attracted me to write again after my several months absent. a week ago I got sick becaused of toxic from wild fruit and made me laid for 2 days and I was slept where my father came in my dream. I dont remember exactly but I always remember his words : "son, please do not pass away " that's it then he gone. I miss him. Other dream was when my first fiance (it was while we were at high school) came during my slept but she was only smile over there (I sometime miss her too) and when I woke I regretted that it was only a dream. the same you, I think.

Hello friend It's nice to hear that you have a good dream with your father. There are times that we dream about wonderful things and when we wake up we will realize that it's all just a dream. Not the reality. Don't feel sad my friend, life is too short to have regrets. Enjoy ^_^

When you dream someone you wish to meet in the dream, it is really exciting. I had an uncle whom I love a lot, but unfortunately he left us and for a few times I did dream about him years ago though not now. He is gone, yet he is still with me in my heart for his kind love to us kids.

I had dreams of my late grandfather and grandmother. My dream about my grandfather (my dad's father) was on the night I arrive at their house. It was the last night of the wake. I slept quite late that night. In my dream I saw him standing in front of the door where I was sleeping. He was wearing exactly the same clothes as the one he is wearing inside the coffin. He wasn't talking, just staring at me and extending his hands. I guess he was just saying his last goodbye. Same with my grandmother (my mom's mother), though am not sure if it was really a dream. But I saw her standing in front of my room smiling, too. No words came out. It was like she was standing afloat and a bright light was behind her. I didn't get scared. I was happy she bid her last goodbye too.

Nice dream! I couldn't remember the last time I dreamt about my parents. Would love to see them in my dream. Just to hug them, kiss them and tell them how much I am missing them.

I know the feeling when waking up in the middle of a nice dream. You probably have missed your Dad that's why he showed up in your dream!

That's wonderful how you can remember spending a nice time together with your dad even if it was only in a dream. My father passed away over 22 years ago, and until now I still see him in my dreams once a while... In my dream, he did not talk; usually he'd just be sitting quietly by himself or in some gatherings...

Oh my this made me cry , this work reminds me of my dad , i missed him very much , its like 7 years haven't seen him , but he is always in my heart , and i know in heaven he watches me.. Wish to have that same dream..

It was a good dream but don't forget every dream is an symbol of any event so be careful .

What a nice dream you've got there. Yes, I agree, sometimes I also regret waking up if ever I'm in the middle of a nice dream. But how would we know that we will be awake right? What I do if I was awake in the middle of it, is try to sleep again. But unfortunately, it's not to be continued anymore. lol Hope we could have lots of good dreams at night. :) God bless.

Father is only in silence to pay, but he said nothing more to do than anyone. he kids will think it was just wishful thinking,so he only quietly do something for you. Like father and mother love is great.

It's a nice dream. Perhaps you won't believe it,i will dream a dream every night. But they are all unrealistic,such as i was murdered,the sky was broken and so on. What's worse,it all lasts all night,when i woke up ,i was so tired. A little envy,haha,i miss my father.
