What Happen to Bux-Matrix / myLot

Just now I come across again one of my favorite ptc before but I am annoyed about the new TOS. I have more than $3 balance but I cannot cashout. As per new TOS I need to upgrade my account before I can cashout. Need to have $6 in my balance to start the process. I've been paid by them more than a year already. I thought they are still the bux-matrix I knew before. I missed lot of changes in different programs I like one year ago. Do you know why they change their TOS?

Last year Bux-Matrix had DDOS attacks and their host refused their site so they had moved to new server with new host and that caused change. Now every member has to upgrade with free plus or gold free plus or pro . I did joined with team but now most of my team is inactive . I am so near my payout once I get I might leave the site if they don't make some new opportunities of easrning.

It seems that I need to leave the site also. Earning $3 to add my existing $3 for a free plus could spend several days before I can get it.

I don't have any idea about it because I am still standard and never visited their forum. I don't know but after I left Neobux forum because of Mods misunderstanding, don't want to visit any forum anymore.
