What do u do with your baby in lactation when you back to work?

Hi,there.My baby is 3 months old and I have to back to work this month.So I want to know how to take the both things well.What is your experiences ?I think maybe I just come home twice a day to feed baby.Is there any other method?And prepare milk in fridge?and what?
Please tell me your advice.

If you still produce a lot of milk, you might want to place them on different bottles that would sustain your baby until you get back home. You can ask your nanny or anyone that takes care of your baby to give your baby a formula alternately.
