Nerve Damage

I have some nerve damage in my fingers still from an "accident" I had over 20 years ago. When the weather gets bad (like alot of rain or snow for instance) my fingers will feel strange and kind of numb with some minimal pain. I have not had a huge problem with it though thank goodness, but still after all these years do feel it at times like now. Do you think anything on the market nowadays would help this any? I'm not sure what to do with it so I usually just leave it as is and just keep typing away anyways, etc. Do you have anything like that in your body when it tells you what kind of weather you're about to be getting due to the numbness, etc.?

I just can't imagine what you could do for that other than aspirin or Tylenol. I wonder if you sort of massaged your fingers in the evening (with lotion so it feels good) to bring in some extra blood circulation if that would help. Sort of like massaging sore muscles. I broke my pinky finger once playing Volleyball and ever since then, which was a good 20 years ago too, it hurts in wet cold weather, and also sometimes gets a bit numb. I probably have some arthritis in it, not sure though.
