Past the research advice others have given you, I suggest setting aside time to write every day. Treat it like a job. Even if you're currently working, make a decent amount of time to write. Sit down at the computer, or with a notebook, whichever you prefer, and concentrate on writing. Outline plots, make character profiles, anything, as long as it has something to do with the book you're writing. If you can't think of anything to write, just write whatever goes through your head until you get something that's useable. As with any other job, you can schedule days off from writing, but don't allow that to happen often. Take it seriously.

Well all i can suggest you is to first collect the raw data about which you are going to write. Then assemble it in a sequential way such that the datas are arranged in a proper way. Then do a little bit of research about the validity and authenticity of the datas collected and once you are done with it, start writing a book of your interest. What say?
