For many years now that I am a fan of the "Italian Postal."
For this reason I have asked for a debitcard called "Postepay", mainly used to collect money from me, earned in internet.
Although this card has been much criticized on many forums due to high costs of transition, I must say, whatever I am fine.
I associated it to my Paypal account, and at the time is the only recorded by me on this site.
The costs are as follows:
€ 1 to be recharged from any Italian post office
€ 2 to be recharged from any tobacconist shop or agreement
€ 1 withdrawals from cash machine circuit postal
€ 1.7 withdrawals from any other bank cash machine
Postepay is part of the VISA ELECTRON. So you can also use it for purchases or other stuff, present on the Internet.
What do you think about? Maybe too expensive?

For me that amount are not much if you have good earnings on the internet. I am using also a debit card from one of the bank here in the Philippines to be link in my Paypal but the charges are not much like yours.
I am using several Debit cards now. I used some of them to purchase something on the internet.

Well, to be honest, I use the debitcard, mainly in order to get paid or collect money on the internet, then it can be cashed by the various cash machines.

Well, commission fees, I explained well. Many Italians still speak of the fact that they are high. I say it's worth it when you get inside these debitcard, we introduce a rather high amount of money.
In fact, given that such commission costs are always the same, you would surely lose if these cards are loaded with small amounts of money.
