Running around like a chicken with my head cut off again

Where's that shirt I wanted to wear?
It should be there.. or maybe it's in that pile of clothes
Should I bring a purse, or just my wallet?
purse... maybe
I plan to take a shower at 3:00
Should I curl my hair, wear makeup?
A friend's birthday is tomorrow but we are celebrating it today and that is what is going through my head, what should I wear, should I curl my hair, wear makeup?
I am not exactly running around yet, but I will be soon.
Do you "doll" up just to see friends? I don't normally go "all out"

I´m afraid you just wrote the way I prepare myself for any even (mayor or minor) in my life
. I don´t wear makeup and didn´t curl my hair when I had it (now I´m just glad I have this baby hair instead of none).
But I think several times about my clothes, depending on the last minute weather. I always check several times where are the keys. I have a couple of purses and Murphy´s lawa takes care of hiding credit card, keys, glasses and hankies.
Tomorrow is my baby granddaughter´s 2nd birthday. I have the gift under my nose (and have had it for 2 days) so it doesn´t get misplaced. And yes, tomorrow I´ll be running around at the last minute

I dont' care how prepared you think you are, you never are prepared even at the last minute!
Atleast that's how it is with me. So I've started kind of doing this slow to get ready, and then rush at the end, it's odd but I end up remembering everything. Only once have I forgotten a debit card, or extra cash I had stowed away somewhere else.
