Screeching and heat timeout

I was trying to watch the Sharapova and Azarenka match but I finally got tired of all the screeching and turned to another channel. They both are just way too loud. It is annoying and should be stopped for existing players and not just for future players. I did check back in to see how the match was going and between the second and third sets they were taking the allowed 10 minute heat timeout. This I don't get either. I used to play in a lot higher temperatures with higher humidity with no problem. Sure I did not play at there intensity but I was no where near as fit. I would go out usually just on one weekend day and hit the wall and play matches with people I met there also hitting the wall, sometimes I would have a planned match but not often. I hit the wall and played continuously for the whole day, at least eight hours, with no timeouts. When playing we didn't take a break at the change over; at most we would pause to towel off and grab a quick drink of water. I can remember days when my clothes were completely soaked with sweat, the small quarter of normal sized towel I wore hanging from my right side to dry my right hand on before serving was completely soaked and I would bend down when waiting to receive serve and put my hand on the hot court surface trying to dry it. And I was older than those two women and than a lot of the other pros, also.

I am a little disappointed they are "grandfathering" the grunt meter in. I'd rather they just applied it to everyone right now.

Exactly how I feel.
