Getting Motion Sickness While Watching Movies In The Cinema

I am getting motion sickness while watching these movies in the cinema lately. The Dinosaur Project Chernobyl Diaries The Possessions I love watching movies in the theaters but the movies produced nowadays are making me sick. The camera movements are really making me dizzy and sick. I wonder if it's just me or everyone else too. I don't know if they might look better in 3D, but it makes me sick. How to cure this?
