Riau improved because of PON

one of indonesian soccer event is held in this month...
And Riau province is choosen as the host..
It is unusual because mostly of PON events is held in Jakarta..The completed facility is easier for Jakarta handling any sports events....
I don`t know the consideration why Province Riau is choosen..
Maybe the consideration for spreading sport facility to every province in our country..
But there are bigger problems..
Until now, there are still uncompleted sport venue in this PON..I don`t know what is the reaction of SBY or maybe vice President, Boedione when open the ceremony of PON in 11st september 2012..
Rusli Zaenal, governor of Riau province are unhappy with the mass media information about PON..he says that many media only report the bad information about the preparation of PON in RIAU..He says that some of the information is not valid, because many mass media didn`t inform too the good preparation of PB PON and Riau province government...
But i think we should thanks to media..With their information, we know that this is the worst preparation of PON..The scandal corruption of Riau PON preparation is really influenced the budget for this preparation..
What do you think about this preparation of PON??

Hmmm...I think it is a good thing that every province has the chance to host the National Sport Competition, it is mean that everything should not be focused in Jakarta only, other province also needs to have facilities such as sport facilities, etc.
About corruption case, corruption case is everywhere and we need strong organization like KPK to investigate every corruption case in this country.
Media also play big part in corruption case but we cant trust media 100% especially because some media is owned by some elite politician members, and some media doesnt fair, try to bring down the rival. It is nice we have media to monitor everything especially big projects like wisma athlete, but we should not believe 100% what the media said, be smart when we receive informations.

yes, it is good effort..The central province think that it`s not good only gives facilitation in Jakarta..
But this preparation is so awful..
I think this is caused the corruption in PON preparation..
I think if Riau governor is gentleman, he is the first man resigned from his position if PON is cancelled or delayed because of the poor preparation..

Yes, the preparation is really bad. Why didnt they held the event in palembang? Given the fact that palembang was hosting ASEAN GAMES not so long ago, and if other province wants to host the sport event so the province must prepare the facilities 1-2 years before the event is held. Just be proffesional like preparation for world cup or olympic game.

Yes, I agree with you, because I think that ni is the preparation and delivery of PON worst because until now there are still places that have not been completed. I remember when there was news that house athletes for PON unfinished so that the athletes are forced to stay home residents. It's tragic situation. I think, non-PON Riau this year can not be separated from their corrupt performed. Indonesia ... Indonesia .. Corruption is ingrained.
