Well, to be very fluent in english, i recommend you taking public speaking classes. Join public speaking competitions and such. Also, try reading books about speaking. Here's one: "How to win friends and influence people by public speaking" by Mr. Dale Carnegie. It helped me in almost all aspect of my life.
