Sashlik Barbecue! So YUMMY!

I think most countries enjoy barbeques, here we barbeque everything from steak to potatoes to corn on the cob.

hi, i really missed to eat grilled meat/pork dipping to the hot vinegar sauce,i like it especially if the meat is sliced into tiny or slim so that it is easy to bite and eat it.but we are not always buy this food because they said that always eating of this can cause cancer in colon.

I love eating grilled meat as well. Really, there are few things that I can think of that can be cooked on a grill that I don't enjoy. I think that one of the things that I like the most about eating food that has been grilled is that you have a lot of control over the way that the food is prepared. In addition to that, there is also a large variety of different seasonings and rubs that can be used on grilled food that will make it taste different every time.

I also really like barbeque. Sweet, sour, and savory seasoning is very tempting. Only with the scent of the fragrance alone makes me droolling. Kebab is one of my favorites.

Well I am glad you enjoyed the BBQ lamb...its a good meat when prepare [properly...sounds the same way we do cubed beef here\\ in the USA..maybe you can try it yourself at home...

I can't smell it from here but I can imagine how very tempting it should be and I feel I can smell it now and I feel my saliva is running down. Oh yes, grilled lamb chop, is a super delicious meat.

I have not had lamb meat except when I was younger. I can't remember how it tastes. I love barbeque like this though. I especially like skewers of different kinds of foods barbequed. I like to try different sauces and combinations of foods.

Hi, friend, I am Chinese, I like this kind of barbecue, too. Every time I smell that, I can't help eating. We grilled lamb meat, chicken, fish... all kinds of meat, like you said,drilled in a skewers . I just can't resist that smell. But ever since I heard that meat grilled using charcoal is bad for our health and it contains a material that can cause canser, I seldom eat it . Now I bought an electric oven and grilled all kinds of meat in it, it's delicious , too.
