who would like to eat sea foods? myself as to say, i do not crave this food too much but love seeing the beauty of it
- for if possible love to have this a live ornament rather eating it. but i am eating sea foods of course. for me unlike any others, they are so tempted and salivate when they can think this kind of dish in their plates.
what made me lazy in eating these stuff is that i hate separating its shell from its flesh. its time consuming more if you are hungry and all. and what else, you cannot eat well if you are not using your hands to peel it. the smell of it will stick on your hands and even you will washed it with soap and water, it will still remain in there.
but admittingly, they are kinda delicious foods but put some limits in eating it, not good for persons who have high blood pressures.
do you like sea foods?

For me sea foods may all kinds of it are very accepted in my taste specially sea foods that prepared by others. However, I never eat too much because most of the sea foods are very high in cholesterol and uric acid so moderate only. Since I grow up in the province that why all kinds of sea foods are good to me.. By the way, not at all because never taste eel.

yes, like you i like eating it too but not to the extent craving it. if there is it, it is good and if there's none, good also. agree with you, that these kind of foods like crabs, shrimps, mussels are high in cholesterol that is why not advisable to people who have high blood pressures because it will trigger their illness. thanks :)

my pleasure :)
if we want healthy body away from illnesses, we should watch our diet. or else, we will be suffering from the consequences after. we ourselves are responsible of how we deal with life concerning our health and not others. some of the illnesses are being acquired biologically, and be triggered because of the diet style. that is why, we should be careful... see you around too :)

Hi,
Having lived and grown up a coastal town, I am not a stranger to seafoods, shelled, scaled or weeds. Most of them, I found out a long time ago, can be eaten right out of the water and I really acquired the taste of the citizens of the sea.
Being rich in protein, omega 3, iodine and essential minerals, seafoods are good for the health especially for the heart and eyes. Some, like the fats of crabs and shrimps, do pack a high cholesterol content that may wreak havoc on the circulatory system.

yes, the orange coloured fats. that is the most delicious part of a crab even not good for the health but love eating that.
agree with you, sea foods are rich in protein and there is one thing that i observed that the children who live near by the sea are smart kids. maybe because of the food being eaten, you know iodine is the essential food for the brain to stay witty and bright.

Here when the seafood is very fresh, then we like to make it with the simplest way. That is steaming. We will just steam the sea food and then eat it after that. Sometimes you can dip the soy sauce or other jam to eat the seafood. But you can just still eat the steamed seafood directly. So you can taste its natural flavor and that's great. If these seafood will be deep fried, then we will think it is a waste.
I love China

you do not like oysters? some of the people eat it raw with spices and vinegar mixed together. i am not fond of eating this food too much too. but this one is good as to mix it it when you cook stir fried vegetable dishes. would add to the taste like you need not to add food seasoning because is taste is like food enhancer.

I life fish but fish without bones. I mean the big fish. Otherwise i don't eat shell fish and some other sorts of sea food I don't like as well. I mostly like crabs, fish and prawns. I can eat prawns everyday and tuna.. Canned tuna is one of my favorites and comes cheap in FIJI, It is like our everyday food. I know fresh is better but I like the canned tuna better.
Fresh sea food is very good for health and one must eat at least fish. Now that I am in Goa, we eat fresh mackerels almost everyday. It is yummy. I do not crave for it much since it is readily available and I have it everyday. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

I like to eat sea foods like shrimp and crab but I am more on shrimps cause I am having a hard time and quite lazy eating crab because of its shell.
It is really more enjoy to eat fresh sea foods, like those we bought in the market wherein we see that they still moving and alive.

I love seafoods, except the ones that I have to eat "fresh"; like oysters, although I have had baked oysters, yum! I am very fond of shrimps, prawns, crabs, squid, clams, scallops, and mussels. In my family, only me, my mom and my dad are not allergic to seafoods. Too bad for my siblings, lol!
