GhostRider 2? not as good.

Hello Lotters,
I don't know, today I decided to watch the movie and some how it didn't feel like a Block buster hit. Seemed like one of those CGI effects that was added better but some how the scenes were not suspenseful as it seems.

the camera angles were way too close and there aren't much same characters that was same in the Movie except Nicholas Cage himself.
I've read and watch reviews on the part II, wasn't alone on the disappointed. some even said part II is "crime of humanity" worst

I have seen this movie quite before and that also in theater. I loved the first movie of this series so I went for second one. But yes its true that movie was okay, mot much in compare of first movie.
Still I like the action movies so I wasn't completely bored, but yes in compare of first part it was disappointing.

Because the first movie wasn't really that borning it had both good plot and special effects. unlike this one who actually didn't have that good plot the way i expected it.

If I was to rate that movie on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 6 . I did not like part 2 , I find it drawn out and stupid . I was trying to watch t all out but I got so bored I fell asleep . I enjoy ghost rider so I was disappointed with part 2 .

Hello Silverfox, Not even close to six, but it's six when if you think about special effects. the movie didn't focus much on the plot that was too predictable for me. maybe it wasn't good as the first one but maybe never should have bother making the second if the director wasn't that good. have a nice day.

Yeah I guess the story line was not that good as the first one. I do appreciate they focused more on the graphics and special effects but as to the plot was not that interesting. All the fight scenes were not out of the ordinary so I do not really think this movie stands out.

Hello Rsa101, They should have improved the plot better than the last one. but knowing the director was different, i expected any less. the special effects wasn't that much thrilling to boot. no, not really if you were expecting it to be better than the last one you can just forget about it. have a nice day.

Hello louievill, If you want to watch it, better look for a video renting site like video city. I think they already have a stock on this, better rent one instead or buy a pirated version of it. besides, if you want my recommendation, it's either battleship, promeheus and wrath of the titans that are best recommended movie. have anice day.

ofcourse it dont eel like a blockbuster hit..because its NOT a blockbuster hit..
but .personally i think the action is better in part 2 than part 1..but the intro in part 2 is interesting..but after he sign with the devil in part 1..things get pretty boring..

Hello rafiholmes, No wonder it was already available on DVD's it wasn't as great as part one. the intro of part ii wasn't really existing for me, it's like one of those cgi movies that i used to watch. I tried to appreciate part ii but some how it didn't feel right to me. Have a nice day.

I've watched both part I and II and what I can say is that part II has better special effects and faster action pace than I. But it didn't grasp as much as part I did I think it's because since I liked the first one so much I expected more from the sequel.

Hello Darkkrusader, yeah I have watch both of the parts but part i was even better for me. I too was expecting a better sequel but i was wrong because it didn't even get close the first part of the movie. anyways, i doubt they'd be making a new one because the second one sucks. have a nice day

I don't know why people put Ghost rider two down like this, I liked it very much. Let me start off by saying that I only like action movies once in a while, so I usually watch them when someone else pops one in. That being said, I think that Ghostrider 2 was great when I watched it on DVD. The best part *SPOILER ALERT* was when the little boy asked ghost rider what happens when he has to pee, and ghost rider explains it. I thought that was hilarious.

So are you saying the first one was good? Ghost Rider was so bad I almost fell a sleep in a theater and that never happened to me before. I was just waiting for the movie to finish. So I don't have any intention to see the new one.

Hello Bionicman, Yeah the first one was a lot better than the second one because it was nothing compare to other ordinary movies out there. I think there was a bit of an exagerration on the scenes and too predictable. well, not really much fond of interest in this movie but seemed good at part i and the second one wasn't. have a nice day.

I watched Ghost Rider 1 but I haven't watched 2 yet. I like Nicholas Cage but I am disappointed to say that Ghost Rider 1 is even a boring movie and I don't like it very much. Although it has a big cast like Nicholas Cage but this is still an ordinary movie. And this is why I am not very eager to watch Ghost Rider 2.

Of course, version One(despite being slow) was better. The 2 did have a better FX but then, they went with a loose story and it seemed to be an ordinary Bollywood Movie rather than a Hollywood one... I loved the chase scenes towards the last on the 2nd part

Hello thesids, I didn't think the special effects mattered if they have a good scenery and story line because for me it was too predictable. the first one was too cool for me. then, when i the reviewer mentioned that it was done by a different director, that's when i realize that it wasn't really good. Hello Riyauro, It has not much to do with the first one except that deal with the devil that could have save him. unfortunately, i saw the last part of youtube before i could see it in my vcd i borrowed from video city, I was kinda disappointed because they turned him into like uncontrollable monster though.Have a nice day.
