Exercise is more fruitful than jogging

A recent study says, to run regularly for long time is not so much fruitful than to do exercise for short time. The study workers say, the benefit we will get by running 90 minutes the same benefit we can get by doing physical exercise for only 2 minutes. For this reason the experts are giving more importance to physical exercise than running or jogging. They say for heart running is more beneficial than exercise. They made this study on 18 to 35 years old people. They divided the people in two groups. One group did cycling in a gymnasium and other group ran for about one hour. Those who did cycling in a gym they had given 4 minutes rest after doing cycling for 30 second. In this way they did 2 minutes exercise by 4 terms. Next morning they were given loaf, mayonnaise and cheese as breakfast. Their blood tests report reveal that those who ran for one hour their rate of fat reduction is only 11 percent. Other hand those did cycling their fat reduction rate is about 33 percent. The study group leader Professor Dr. Stuart Grey of Aberdeen University said, by physical exercise our liver extract more fat from blood (Source: Daily Mail).

Hi Wow.. I have never heard something like this.. Thanks for the info.. But I really doubt on this. Well, I haven't personal experience of any, but I know someone who have reduced too much weight by running !!! The same person started with exercising but never got such result which got by running.. So this is making more confusion on this thing... I guess results may come different as per bodies..just a guess.

Thanks for this information. I will try to check more on this then I don't need to run for kilometers. Maybe then I can go up and down the stairs at home many times in a day then it's more helpful than running everyday at the park.

Hii bhanusb,what you have said is correct.Exercise is always more fruitful than jogging.Jogging reduces the fats in the body but in case of exercise it not only reduces the fats but also shapen our body to perfect muscualar body.
