Victor blacklisted but has a job

So Victor got blacklisted by the two guys he had the fight with and had no job. So how does he now have a job so that he can organize the workers? There must be a lot more workers than those shown and a bunch just looking for a job who would be willing to ignore Victor's strike. I see no way for it to work even if one of the guys in the bar wasn't reporting him to management.
