I have to say that I have been a customer of t mobile for several years now and even though the bill is sometimes confusing and high I would never switch one because even there are times when I have had to be late on the bill which is very often they have always worked with me and that kind of service is hard to find and as fro the coverage? Well it is a good one! Now as fro Metro I just don't understand yea it might be cheap and all but there are things you have to consider like if you move to another state which my daughter did they will be cutting off her line after three months!! What kind of service is that? To me it is sooo wrong!! If I were to move out of state I would still be covered by T mobile no matter how long I was gone now that is service to me so being that the thought crossed my mind to change to metro my mind took a 360 degree turn to there will never be a day when I even think about them!!!!!! Wrong for business in my mind would you agree?

I'm a fan of Metro PCS been using their service for 4 years now. I know they have expanded coverage since and now I get service when I travel to florida or a rural part of GA. I believe my first cell phone was through Tmobile and by bills where astronomical like 200.00 a month. This was late 90's when cell companies felt they could rip people off. Now I know the exact amount my bill is going to be each month about 53.00 and no roaming fees or other charges. If I can't pay my bill the service is usually cut off the day or two after due date. When I'm ready for service reactivate for like a three dollar fee w/the monthly payment. I keep my home phone on so I survive w/o cell phone. I haven't tried moving out of town yet, have to ask about that. Are they cutting your daughters phone off to give her a new number. Unless they don't cover her area. I know they cover large cities like NY,GA,Fla
Yes to Metro!

They have coverage where she is they said if she was not coming back home they will cut if of because they only keep the coverage for people who travel totally unfair.

I've been using cell phone for around 23 years... Got my first phone when I turned 18 & now I'm 41... I've been through a lot of different service providers since... I had used T-Mobile for combined 6 - 7 years & they were always good to me & I've thought they always had decent coverage at a fair price... Unfortunately about a year & a half ago, I had to change my service provider to AT&T... Because of my job, I travel a lot & I picked up some new territories... Some of the new places I travel to, T-Mobile didn't have coverages... Especially near Lower Maine areas... I've heard some complaints about AT&T but my experience have been pretty good with them... You're right about Metro PCS... That's no way to conduct business... That's one of the reasons I don't like those regional prepaid companies...

I have heard good and bad things about at&t but I am sure if you were having to move they would not cut off your service that is so wrong of metro! Thumbs down all the way! Now we are looking to get my daughter another phone because of this I just think it is bad business for them I agree! I told her I could add a line with t mobile but she did not want too she wanted something else?
