There are lots of body language that we use and most people say that actions speak loudly than words. You can see or feel if someone is is angry, happy, flirting and a lot more just by looking at people.Body language is used in communication and we use this just to express more what we are telling.Guys, what do you think is the importance of body language?

i think that eye contact is the most important type of body language. body language can tell the other person we are talking to a lot more than the words that we say.

As a sales man I used it a lot. I think we can use it in every day life. We can surely see and feel what is going on with a person in front of us. Three guys wanted to rob me when I was in Prague. One of them said something in Chezh and looked at me straight in the eye. they crossed the road, turned around and waited for me in a dark spot. I knew something was wrong, I turned and walked away.
