I encounter a situation where I feel nervous when being ask. I try to reply directly but still my voice is shaky. Although, the question ask is easy to answer. There are times I am calm, I reply with ease. But, sometimes I reply to someone question nervously they thought I am lying when am not. Though, when I lie it easy for me to get caught. They just make fun of me and I would easily confess. It so hard to make myself clear when I say the truth and they deny it. Do you encounter same feeling, then what you do to explain your side?

I was once like you, but I have built my self-esteem now. My voice before wasn't shaky, but It can hardly be heard. Now I speak with more conviction and with a higher volume. Aren't you confident about yourself?

sometimes I am like that and just imagine to practice before doing anything which requires conversation with many audiences. of course, I am not fond of lying but with my hesitation to speak frankly and clearly hey thought I am not saying the truth. so i have to explain myself to them to get clearly of my explanation. if i fail to do so they would think i am lying. so this is my defense mechanism. sometimes when feel so confuse i just distance myself so i would not do many details explanation. it really stressful and for now make sure to reman my composure despite that i am feeling stress. thanks.

You shouldn't be hesitant to speak as long as you're telling the truth. Think of it as a challenge and as soon as you overcome this fear, you'll feel satisfaction at it's peak. Socialize more and you'll see, people aren't harmless as you think. Gain friends.

I have this Hyperhidrosis or more commonly known as excessive sweating problem. Whenever I am sweating heavily all round my head, I would feel really nervous when talking to just anyone aside of my best friends. But when I am not sweating, I tend to be quite calm and good with words. So I guess nervousness does lead to the perception that someone is lying or hiding something.

Honestly, there are those questions that are easy to answer and this does not make us feel nervous because we know already what to say, even at the top of our minds and those does not seem to hard to answer; whatever that makes us feel nervous are probably those questions that pressure us to say something - either we want to keep it to ourselves, we want to not say anything yet, we are put on the spot(thus we are nervous), we simply do not have an answer and it makes us feel nervous to not being able to say something.

Hi! Many of us feel nervous and fumble on certain occasions. Most of the times our fears are unfounded and when we finish the conversation, we find that nothing bad happend (as we apprehended). It is a very normal thing and you should take it on your stride and should not get nervous.
