Skin dermabrasion can make your skin glow?

I should consider myself fortunate yesterday because I got a free dermabrasion facial from a friend's friend who couldn't come for her facial treatment due to unavoidable circumstances. I was not excited about it but my friend kept persuading, telling me it's free. So, there I was, lying down and enjoying the treatment. I have not done any facial treatment for a long long time because I do not want to waste so much money. This treatment is quite expensive. And the lady who did the facial recommended that I add oxygen and serum, so that my skin will be more glowing. I went ahead with her suggestion. It is just a never ending of pushing women to go for the quest to look beautiful. I should have a glowing face now *laugh* I hope! But the way I see it, it's not that much difference with my 'before dermabrasion face'. But they've successfully made me signed up for a 5 course treatment. I kind of regret it now. Maybe I should ask for a refund. Can I? ahhh I better stay away from beauty centers from now on even if it's given for free...Do you go for facial treatment? How many times do you go in a year?
