Today I saw a commercial on a height enhancer called "gloxi". I was amazed and envious when I saw the video testimonial and the before and after part. I would love to get my hands on that product. Has anyone here tried it? Is it really effective?

flapiz..My advice would be to be very very careful of claims like this...It has to involved ingredients that can be harmful with side effects that may not show up for years. I have heard stretching helps but probably not until one ages?? Weara heels for height...don't harm your health..wishing you all the best!!!

Hi Staryl! Thanks for the word of caution. I am looking carefully into it. I'm researching bout the product and the feed back of the users. I hope stretching will still work on me though as I am almost past the growth age because I'm already 21. I do wear heels but only on special occasions because it is not comfortable. But heels does help boost self esteem.

flapiz (592) So glad to hear you are being cautious..I know you know there are many scams out there. I agree about heels..not so comfortable..I also heard there are shoe inserts that can make you look taller..guys use them (I hear) The stretching is good for you even if you don't grow taller..and in older age it keeps you from shrinking as much All the best to you!!

Well okay, I will do some stretching from now on. I have a pilates ball for yoga. It makes stretching easier and fun. Thanks a lot.

What's your height? I think I am small too. (and fat) ...and how awful is that? But, I have a shirt before that keeps my spirit high. It's from Garfield and it says' "I am not overweight, I am undertall." Don't believe those until proven true. Because of high technologies today, everything seems to be possible. So, beware my friend.

5'2" TOO. And imagine me being fat. But I guess I increased in height by half inch because I feel much taller now. Anyways, I don't wanna be taller, I love me, my height, my fats and everything. Good luck on you research. Hope it is effective so you can try it and get taller. =)

Well good for you. Contentment is the key to happiness. I guess I haven't found self contentment yet.

I'm only 5'2. How about you? That shirt from Garlfield does apply. We would be slimmer or skinnier if we were a bit taller. I am doing research about that product for now. I don't want to waste my money on something which might not work.

I have heard of similar products claiming that you can get taller even if you are already past the growing stage. I am somewhat intrigued if they truly work. I belong to a family of tall people but unfortunately, I wan't luck enough to be one of them. My dad is 5'10". my mom 5'6", my sister 5'11" and my brother 6'1". It sometimes makes me feel insecure when we are all together.

Well my family is not all tall so I'm okay at home, but my friends though are 5'6, 5'7. And well that's the start of my insecurity.

Hi Jenny! My dad is tall, but unfortunately my mom is a shorty. I guess I was in between. My height is only 5 feet and 2 inches. I wish I could grow even 2 inches more. Anyway I think the product you are referring to is same as the one I'm talking about.

What kind of enhancement does it offer, how does it work? I have never heard about a project like this but I don't trust those tv spots that promise all that great results.. I think that our height depends on our body structure and how can we add height without hurting our bones? What helps me look taller is maintaining a good body posture. Yoga has helped me with that because it stretches the body in a healthy way and it is also a great exercise. However, I have no idea about this machine so if you finally try it let us know how it works!

I don't know if it is effective. All I know, the growth of the bone will stop in a maturity stage. But I heard, some undergone surgery to extend their legs with metals, aiming for the ideal height.

Hmm, I've heard of a similar kind of operation. But what I've heard is that they will intentionally break your bone and slowly stretch it by day as it regenerates. It is very effective BUT: it is costly, you have to be bed ridden for 6 mos to 1 year, the new bone may be prone to fracture and weaker.
